Shipping policy

  • A shipping fee of Rs.250 is applicable on all orders.
  • All orders may take up to 3 - 5 working days to be delivered
  • All Lahore Orders would be delivered within 48 hours of the order being placed.
  • If Lahore orders are not delivered within 48 hours, please contact our customer support or message us

    ONLINE ORDER PROCESS

    • Order on the solaripk by selecting a product and clicking on ‘Add to cart’ or ‘Buy it Now’, if you don’t wish to add more items to your cart.
    • Click on the bag icon located on the top right corner
    • After reviewing items in your cart click on proceed to check out
    • Fill in the Following details:
      • First name
      • Last name
      • Email
      • Phone#
      • Address
      • Country
      • State/Province
      • City
    • Select a payment method (Debit - Credit Card /COD)
    • Press the ‘Order’ button to place your Order and get your Order Number
    • Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email
    • After the confirmation email you will receive another email with a tracking number and your order details
    • you will receive an automated call from solari through which you can confirm your Order. In case of no confirmation call, reach out to us at  solarioffical@gmail.com
    • During the transition of your package, you can use the tracking number to stay updated with your delivery status
    • Upon receiving your order, please pay your due charges and keep your Invoice for at least 14 days (as per our return & exchange policy)
